Receiving sub standard Training is a disservice to your employees. Federal Government buyers still go with lowest price training not realizing that companies who compete usually low ball than fill the instructor position with less effective, less professional instructors. Proof? I have talked to many students who tell horror stories like the instructor who knitted during the class, or how about the instructor who answered every question by asking the class since she did not know any answer or the instructor who let the class out early everyday so the class would give her a good rating.
Buyers, don’t go low price go with quality. Require resume for the instructor and remember you get what you pay for!
