Yes. Be prepared to pay $350.00 to protest a solicitation or Award to GAO. This used to be free with just an email. However, according to the US Comptroller General website sometime this summer a new web based protest entry system will be initiated and will charge each protest a $350.00 filing fee to “pay for the system”.
